Domestic Goddess Jade, Offspring and Kelis

This week on Diff'rent Strokes... we're unleashing a new mini-series.

CULTURE:

We are excited to present "Domestic Goddess Jade" - a weekly series following Jade's transformation into a modern day Martha Stewart.

Staying true to the media-savvy type that she is, Jade's education in cooking, homemaking and other domestic duties will be sourced from the interwebs - think: blogs, YouTube and apps.

Prepare for a one-of-a-kind cultural/media experiment!

#DomesticGoddessJade will kick off tonight with Jade learning to cook: Chicken Tetrazzini, Steak Romero and the infamous Rophy Does Pork Salad. Dave prepares to don his Masterchef cravat for a tasting tonight!

Check out a picture of Dave digging into the Pork Salad on air.

TV:

Dave looks up the new Aussie drama Offspring about a 30-something year old obstetrician Nina Proudman (played by Asher Keddie of Love My Way) and her balance of love, life and family. From the makers of The Secret Life of Us comes a heartwarming series starring Don Hany (drool!) and Deborah Mailman.

MUSIC:

Dave reviews Kelis' brilliant new album Flesh Tone and discusses why the 'Milkshake' mama's effective transition from generic R&B to strobelit electro-dance. Read Dave's album review on Feed Limmy.
